help needed with team speak reg page

hi all

i have a problem with teamspeak

with custom 3rd party script running from a website that needs to send user data to the TS server to get a unique key
via a reg page the returned "one-time key should then be used in your teamspeak when connecting

and also
make find out what privileges the TS_USER rinning in the script needs to have to generate the key

this is info my webmaster as provided hope some on can help as we are lost
