Please Help, I want a specific group be able to assign themself to some groups

as above. where do I need look into the settings. sorry I am new to TS.

for example I want members be able to assign themself to those gaming groups by their own but not server admin or admin.
I just need to know where to change the numbers. thank you

Can't Connect to Server, Need to Reset Password, Please help

Hello, So i've had a small ts3 server for me and my friends, and we used it for a while but we stopped, and then we stopped, now i want to re open the server, but i cant remeber the password i used to login into the server, is there any way to reset that password?

I've tried serveradmin_password=newpassword but that doesnt seem to work, and i really dont want to delete all the things i did on the old server.

Can someone help me?
