Problem with Win2012 TS3 Server

Hi all,

at all I´m glad to be here. And I´m sorry but i have a question/Problem that i can´t resolve by myself.

I´ve installed a TS3 Server on our Windows Server 2012.
I can start the application and i see that the Service is working.

I tried to connect but it failed.
I also enabled the needed ports on the Firewall (UPD: 9987; TCP: 10011, 30033, 41144).

Following Errors came in the logs:
