My windows firewall is OFF, my modem firewall is OFF, even so I did open all the ports 10011 30033 and 9987
I created the local server, went in and invited 2 friends with my IP address. They both go in with no problems. After a few hours (like 3) I invite 3 different other people to join us, they cant (Failed to connect to server). Me and the first 2 friends are still in and we are able to come and go as we want but no one else can enter the server.
I restart the PC and even I cant enter the server again. I have to delete everything and make another server and everything happens exactly the same.
ps: first time I created the server I didnt open the ports because the modem firewall was off and it was working perfectly, after everything went to shit i did try to open the ports but nothing worked.
ps2: 1 1/2 years ago I had the same problem and I just quit trying to create a local server, I really want one
ps3: I have a static ip address
