hi,
i have a server on: debian 7 64bit
and i have very hight packet loss (e.g. 50%+): screenshot http://scr.hu/94b/najsx

i have ping from my server to google 16ms (max)
i have ping from me to my server 50ms+

Server use max. 10% cpu and i have 2 cpu and 8GB RAM (max. use 1GB) in structure KVM

Please help me
