about this design, I love. my current project, I have more in the Lyman tang sight and John Wane lever than I have in the gun, its a cusp year, late 64. still have to knock the center sight out and replace it with a Lyman #12 blank or #16 folding leaf, probably be the folding leaf, I am going to either re-blue or cyanide finish the receiver, I really want to cyanide or "heat treat" finish the receiver, if i can figure out how to do that, have a older 45/70gvt Winchester done that way.:thumb::thumb: either my computer, the site, or my internet is still being "difficult" will post a pic soon as i can get one to load..........
