Failed to resolve hostname

I am running windows 10 and using team speak 3. I'm trying to log onto my guilds server and I keep getting the message Failed to resolve hostname 'vs15.tserverhq.com' but there is suppost to be :6225 behind the .com. I flushed my ip dns. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client with both X64 and 32 bit and I'm getting message on both. I set it up to run a admin. My IPv4 address is 192.168.1.64 and my External IP: 45.26.25.150. I can log onto voice.teamspeak.com

I'm also getting a message that says there is an error connecting to the download server. Please check your network settings. (ERROR #1013)

Yesterday I was able to use my teamspeak, and for some reason, today i'm not able to join it. But other people who use my teamspeak are able to use it

i have read many other threads on how to fix this problem and i have used the cmd window to nslookup vs30.tserverhq.com:7153 and it will not work nothing i do has sofar worked. And just last night i could connect to it but now i cant

When I woke up yesterday morning I tried to log onto my clan's teamspeak server, ts3.psychogaminginc.com, but when I try to connect it says failed to resolve host name. http://ift.tt/1QhRJAm.

This is the same address that I always use, even when I try to join using my bookmark of the server it doesn't work.

I have flushed my dns but still I cannot join.

I have installed TS3 and when I try to connect to the server I get:

Failed to resolve hostname hatsu.pl

The server name is Hatsu.pl:9990

I did reset DNS via cmd then added TS3 to windows defender as allowed. I don't have any other firewall or anything.
