What operation system is running? Windows 7 HP
Did it work before? Yes, i've just today completly reset my pc, installed everything needed and teamspeak 3 just wont start. Around a month ago i did the same thing, installed everything i have now and it all worked perfectly.
What have you tried? Reinstalling/ updating gpu drivers.
