[3.0.17] TS3 crashes on startup after update to 3.0.17

Hi,

I can not run the new 3.0.17 version of Teamspeak.
Everytime I start the client the UI appears and closes immediately. The tray icon disappears when hovering over it after the crash.
I can not find any dump file.
This is what I tried to fix it:

• Uninstall TS 3.0.16
• Manually deleting TS-folders
• Run as administrator

The update function in 3.0.16 doesn't work (It closes everytime I started it).

My system:
Win 8.1 x64 Pro
i7-3610QM
8GB RAM
