Cant connect to single teamspeak server

Hello, I can wiev server weblist, connect to any IP, it just wont connect anywhere,
https://ctrlv.cz/AIxJ (actual example) tried DNS flush, turning off antivirus, everything... There is the log from error which appear after opening weblist
