How do I pack my teamspeak 3 with server/client settings and send over to others

Hi,

I'm running a small team and new friends keep coming but they have no experience in using Teamspeak. I'd like to make a package of my Teamspeak 3 with all settings for them, so when they open the package they can be automatically connected to my server.

Is there a solution for this?
