Getting a insufficient client permissions error when joining a TS server.

Hey

I recently started to get a error on a ts server im alot on and it is quite annoying since i cant see the people who are on or people joining the server.

I have talked to the owner who hosts the TS server and he couldnt find out what was wrong. So if anyone know what to do then i would be glad if you could help me and the owner of the TS server. :D
