TS3 causes my PC to freeze.

TS3 causes my computer to freeze for about 1 minute, then it comes back and works normally. This happens every time I: open TS3, open any game, alt-tab out of any game, alt-tab into any game, and when closing TS3. I have been trying to find a solution for weeks and have not had any success. I have tried clean installations, disabling all plugins, clearing the cache, making sure my drivers are updated, and other things I can't remember. The strangest part is that there are never any logs or dump files from the freezes. Below are my PC specs.

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel i7-4790K @4.0GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 4GB
Sound: HT Omega Claro 2
SSD: Intel 520 Series 180GB
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB

TS3 is installed on my SSD with my OS files, but I have already tried installing on the HDD with no improvement. PLEASE I need help with this as it is extremely annoying. Thanks!
