I have got a strange problem.
I have set up a TS3 server on my computer, I can connect to it using localhost and others can connect to it trough the internet.
Its just that one of my friends cannot connect to it, he is using the same ISP as i am (FIBER/Sandnet) he has also got a TS3 server that i cannot connect to.
So just to test i shared my mobile phones internet to my computer and then i could connect to his server. changed back and nothing.
Any one know what the problem can be ?
(i have sent a mail to my ISP also asking about it)
