No longer able to connect to server - Seems problem with accounting

I installed the x64 version of the TS3 server on a Win 7 box for my group of friends. It's been running fine for over a week. Much more stable than our previous server. That was until today. Evidently the server went down. I looked on my main PC and I was disco'd. I went to the box the server is running, logged in from a locked desktop and saw the server icon still present. I was then able to get back in. Then I dropped again.

Looking in the logs, when I try to start the server I'm getting this:

The bottom two lines are why I'm guessing I can't get the server back up.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm guessing I'm having a problem connecting to TS's accounting server?
