Problem with the license NPL, restart server every 2h

Hello,
I have a problem with the license NPL.
I added the license to the server, but the server reboots every 2 hours.

All ports on the server have a default unlocked. And nowhere in the forum I have not found another cause errors.
What could be the problem?
