40-45% fps drop ingames just from starting teamspeak3

I just have to start ts3 and my fps drops 40% ingame. I didn't say connect to full ts3 server with high load that could be slowing it down~! Just start ts3 connect to nothing "its just sitting doing nothing not connected" then I have 40-45% drop in fps. I've reinstalled all drivers old new plus old and new ts3 exe I've shut off all plugins no overwolf installed! also I dont see dx overlay plugin in the list if that helps. this just started I've been using ts3 for years with no problems, other than nobody shutsup!
