Set up a TS3 server on linux?

Hey all,

I have been cruising the web for this, and i have searched , but i found "outdated" tutorials to set up a Teamspeak3 server.
Is there anyone that could help me get around this, since I want to set it up for my Quake Live clan.

There is no download link available that most "old" tutorials are telling me.

I hope someone could help me to get an up-to-date tutorial.

For the record: I prefer Linux
