Can't mute clients 3.0.17

Since today i cannot mute any client. I rightclick on a client, click on "Mute client" and the mute symbol appears as the client indicator. But after 0.5 to 1 sec the mute indicator disappears and the client is unmuted again.

Using: Windows 8.1 (x64)
Teamspeak 3 Client 3.0.17
