Hey.
So I have this problem since I have my new USB audio card - ASUS XONAR U3. I know that it causes this phenomenon, but I don't know what happens actually back there and how can I fix it.
The phenomenon is a static/electricity noise on the background of the recordings. (Fraps/Shadowplay/Windows Recorder, whatever recording software)
Although all of these, the quality of my voice is really great, the only problem being the static noise on the background.
Static noise sample:

Voice quality sample (Was speaking Romanian, just hear out the quality):

Does anybody have any idea what actually causes this phenomenon and more important, how to fix it?
I tried:
-New drivers.
-Putting the USB audio card into the front panel
-Tweaking microphone settings (level, boost, etc)
