Can't bind Left Windows key anymore...

Hi, so for a long time, I have been using an older version of TS since for some reason (I can't begin to fathom the logic why) the latest version doesn't allow Left Windows key anymore as a binding. Today I was forced to update because the TeamSpeaks I visit wouldn't let me connect if I didn't, and I see all these months later that I STILL can't bind Left Windows. Who's conscious decision is this? I don't want to have to switch to a different key since I use ALT and most of the keys surrounding it for gaming.

Is there any way around this at all?
