Does the option under tools add serverquery users? Why is it forbidden to talk about?

Hello, as my topic in the teamspeak client there is a option to add a query user i think.
Under Tools -> ServerQuery Login. Does this create a user like the serveradmin user that we use to telnet in to the server?

But why is there not a way to remove the user i have created in this option, and why is it forbidden to talk about?
