Help with edit channels

Hello,



I want help please with how to allow the player that he got channel to have permission only to edit his channel and move it and cant move other channels or move them because i see in the Channel admin group there are permission called (Client can edit channels) so there are to put it or no and this effect for all who have Channel admin and they can change other peoples channels how to fix this please ? i must start the Advanced permission system ? what command must be please
