Periodically one of my tabs disconnects and cannot reconnect unless I close it

I typically only see this happen when I have multiple servers open. Even just 2. One of the tabs will disconnect from the server randomly and will not be able to reach the server again until I close that tab and choose the bookmark again. This gets very annoying in competitive matches. It might not be a teamspeak issue, but hopefully someone can provide some insight. I am an IT professional so i have done most of the basics already. My PC can resolve the servers I am trying to connect to just fine, even when teamspeak is rejecting it.

Any ideas?
