TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060

I have submitted a ticket...but yet no response back.

I am a provider....

On the weekend...I started toi get support tickets for servers shutting down.


a search of log files is logging the below..

TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060
Unable to connect to primary address, trying secondary
TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060

Any Ideas will be greatly appreciated..
