If i talking via Push to Talk,I can not hear other players

Hi, in TeamSpeak 3 i use - Push to Talk button.

When i want speak i press button and start talk, so when speaking at the same time another player so he muted and no hear him.
How do I stop talking and I let the button so all can hear normally again.


You do not know how this option can be turned off?
