Teamspeak server shut down while pid is running, nothing in logs?

i have 2 log files from yesterday. One that shows lastly that i assigned a user group to someone. Another log that shows this:

However this error is shown every day, and i dont think it shut down because of this.

It does not log anywhere about it shutting down. besides when retsrating it said the PID is running.... Whats going on?
