Plugin for Shoutcast

Good Afternoon all:

I have done a search of the forums looking for a specific plugin that I thought at one time was available.

The plugin I am looking for will let a Teamspeak transmit to a dedicated ShoutCast server. re to provide a link to listen
to a gaming broadcast.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated..
