Searching: Addon to give yourself ranks via Website

Hi,

I've seen on some websites that they are having their members have a option: The members can go to the website and choose a rank and click ok. A TS Bot gives them the chosen rank. I didn't figured out how to do this. Pleas let me know if you can help me.
