Best way for : 4 squad + a "commander room"

Hello,

We just bought a TS3 server in order to communicate in BattleField BC2 game (still players !)

Here is the setup we'd like to :


s=soldier c=captain

4 channel, one for each squad
1 different channel just for captains

So the objectif is to able captains to speak with their own squad OR to other captains... but they must listen BOTH channel at the same time.

I find a way, with "Channel Commander" & "WhisperList" :

• Each captain is elevate to admin, by an admin
• Each captain must self-elevate to Channel Comander
• Each captain must set a WhisperList to communicate to the "Comander channel"

But I'm not so sure that it is the best way and/or simple way because :
- Too many admin (in my opinion)
- Captain must self elevate to CC (I'd like to do all the "setup/admin" job)

Does anybody have another idea ?
