Failed to connect to server

I have a problem connecting to any server. I tells me: "Failed to connect to server". I don't know, where the problem is. I allowed TS in firewall, I tried to reinstall it, nothing works. Weird thing is, that it works on my desktop, but not on my laptop (both connected to same internet connection.)
