client connection info....retrieveing data

When I right click on someone's name on TeamSpeak and go to look at their client connection info...I do not see their data. All I see is retrieving data next to where all their information should be. I have allow client connection info in the usergroup settings, but not even the admins can see other's data. This is using TeamSpeak 3.0.17 both 32 bit and 64 bit.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug or is there another setting I am missing?
