Every time I open bf4, my mic becomes open in TS3

Hello all,

I am trying to use teamspeak, and I have all of my settings set up for "push to talk" with my button set as let CTRL.

While I have TS opened, it works fine. However, the second I open bf4 (while the game is already running, just minimized) my mic becomes open in TS. Why is it doing this? How can I fix it? Thankyou.
