Failed to connect to ANY server.

Hello, as many before me I now face the error "Failed to connect to server" no matter what server I try to connect. I have tried:
  • Reinstalling and installing multiple versions I could find of Teamspeak 3.
  • Taken down my firewall
  • Forwarded ports 9987,10011, and 30033.
  • Turned off and uninstalled my antivirus. (AVG 2015)
  • Uninstalled any program, except skype and Steam, that uses VOIP.
  • Disabled DDOS protection, and UDP Checksum Offload.

I am on a windows 10 machine. It is also worth mentioning that I tried my laptop, also on windows 10, and it also will not connect to any server.
