Failed to connect to server

Hello guys,

I've tried to connect to any public servers, but always got this error message:
Failed to connect to server

I have a wired Internet with a static ip/Gateway Mask/DNS and etc.
When I tried to connect from the work's wifi - TeamSpeak worked just fine.

So, I suppose there is a problem with the Internet I'm getting at home.
In my Internet company operator said that she doesn't know what is the TeamSpeak.

Could you have any ideas how to solve this problem?
