Push to talk not working correctly.

So I logged into Teamspeak this morning and I noticed that voice Voice Activation Detection was on. I never use this and have not messed with any settings. I normally use Push to Talk, but the thing is that both Voice Activation and Push to Talk are working, But I NEED to disable Voice Activation.
