ServerQuery-User Permissions?

Hey guys,

I was wondering where to set the permissions for your QueryUser.
The problem I am trying to solve here is that I have to code a Website-Plugin that uses ServerQuery to manage the TS3-Server. But whenever I use the command

servergroupclientlist sgid=1

for example, it will return with an error

error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=20

I created the ServerQuery-User via the TS-Client from an Admin-Account, so I thought it should have admin-permissions as well?
I also tried to add the query-user to the admin-group by using the "client_unique_identifier" you get by using the "whoami"-command.
Any ideas on how I can archieve this?
