Team speak V 3 Probelm

I am running version 3.0.17 I can connect & so can others with no problem, but when I check the server list it shows it not running. I click on client info when I am signed into team speak & it shows that I am connected but it shows the wrong ip address it shows this ip address 147.194.20.23 when it should be ip 192.168.17.3 I think this might be the reason it isn't showing as online. I have the TCP Query port as 10011 as it is the default for team speak 3. Can anyone help me with this problem. my server is called Ontario co-op game server and the ip is 192.168.17.3 & password is lookin?
