Allow poke only when user is in same channel

Hi,

simple request:
I only want to let people poke each other if they are in the same channel.

Example:
- all channels are self-created by their users (temp channels).
- all have the same server groups

- User 1 in Channel A (Channel Admin)
- User 2 in Channel A
- User 3 in Channel B (Channel Admin)

So User 1 and User 2 are in the same channel = shall poke each other.
But they shall not poke User 3 (and vice versa).


How can I do that?
