Hello,
yesterday I tried to connect to a server: removed
I couldn't enter it despite being able to enter others before it because it said I "needed to update my TS client" in a pop-up window (mind you, no browser was open), giving a link to the update itself.
As per title, it downloaded a trojan disguised as an update file for TS3.
This wanted to be a warning to everyone, but I also wanted to ask some questions to the TS staff:
Where's the server located? My guess is Russia but I'm not sure.
Who is the server's owner? He tried to target me specifically, so I need as much data on him as possible, as long as it stays in the law's boundaries of course.
Why is it possible for users to put such pop-up in the software itself?
Thanks
