Unable to Log into TS after being DDoS-ed

Greetings,

I just heard that our TS server (swp.vivalvinc.com) got DDoS-ed a couple of hours ago, and now we aren't able to log back into it. The error that shows up when we try to log back in is "Failed to Connect to Server'.
