Cant modiify Delete All Ban Rules and I am the master Server Admin/owner

So I have full access over my server, except for whatever reasons under client/server permissions with advanced permissions enabled, I cant change the option to delete all ban rules, so I can unban someone my lower ranked admins have banned. Someone was accidently banned, and although this admin doesnt log on much I can seem to reach him. I want to be able to as the owner/master admin unban someone. Yet I cant do it.


I can modify the power to delete Own ban rules including for other users (their own ban rules) but not someones else even as the owner/master admin.

Can someone help me?
