Connect teamspeak 3 via proxy

Hello,

I got a program called ProxyCap.. where I can select which programs should connect through proxy...
I want to connect through proxy JUST to teamspeak3... is it possible somehow? There was several topics similar to this... but long time ago... and there was some answers that socks5 might be working.. (link below) but I would like to know some serious and real answers... maybe something changed.
