Client Bug - Playback profile lvolume slider doesn´t respect switching tabs

Hey, my english isn´t the best, but I´m trying my best!

So, to start off: I´m using version 3.0.18

Basically, I´ve got two Tabs open, each with a different Playback profile. Now there is the volume slider/fader in the upper right corner, which is changing the playback volume of the playback profile of the current tab. Up to here, this is normal behaviour. Now, when changing to the other tab with the second playback profile, the slider won´t adjust to the new profile, keeping the value of the first profile. I think this has worked once, so I guess it broke somewhere in the last updates.

Just for clarification:

Tab1 -> Playback Profile1, Volume set to +2
Tab2 -> Playback Profile2, Volume set to -10

Now go on Tab1, change the volume in the upper right corner to maybe +10 and switch to tab2. Instead of "jumping" to -10, the slider will stay at +10. As soon as moved once, the volume of profile2 will be changed to whatever it has been moved to (+9 or +11, ...).
