Cant connect server

For some reason when I try to connect to a server TeamSpeak channel is will say

Trying to resolve hostname voice.teamspeak.com
Trying to connect to server on voice.teamspeak.com
Failed to connect to server

and it just keeps saying that, Its been like this for almost a month now
I have tried Re-Downloading it (8 times)
Restarted Computer (2 times)

Here are some extra details you may need to help me :/

Version 3.0.18.2
Qt Version 5.5.0

Please give me some information how to resolve this problem, it is getting really annoying and I cant use TeamSpeak
