Massive packetloss with my teamspeak server !

Hello everybody,

Since 2 days from now my server got massive packetloss out of no where
i contacted my hosting provider but they say its not on our end our networks runs fine
and we don't see any problems.

So my question is what is the problem and how can i fix this
Average packetloss is around 10 a 20%
