Insane static noise with TS.

This is incredibly recent and I'm not sure what the issue is. It's on the latest version, my drivers are updated, and it ONLY happens with TS, on any microphone I use whatsoever (tested Logitech C920 webcam mic, as well as my Siberia V2). I've tried every possible capture mode, device, options imaginable, nothing works and it is TERRIBLE. I'd really really rather not reinstall the whole damn thing because I've got a shitload of TS I'd need to get reverified in, but if I have to, whatever.
