TS has AWFUL robotic noise.

Everything's on the latest version, I've tried every possible mic imaginable, every audio setting available. NOTHING works. I'd really rather not reinstall TS as I have a shitload of stuff I'd have to get reverified, but I guess I will if that's what I have to do. This started just maybe a few days ago, if that. I have a video. Ignore the little ringing at the very beginning, I realized I didn't have my mic plugged in all the way (unplugged and replugged it a few times just to see if it was those issues), it begins about halfway through with the audio test.
