Failed to connect

Hi,

mustve been the 100th user wich cannot connect to a certain server..
in my case: ts.b00tcamp.eu:9987

yesterday started the problem. Before that i could just join the server witouth any problems.

Any idea on how to fix it?

I've been on this server for a while and one day it suddenly stoped working. All my Friends can join the Server, but me. I can also join servers shown in the list. Once i could connect after flushing dns, but I could only see one Channel befor i got kicked.
This is what I've tried to solve the problem:
-update
-deinstall
-reset router
-using ip-adress instead of hostname
-flush dns
-clear cash
-reinstall Computer
-ping server (worked)

So i just downloaded TS3 and put in all my server info and password, but when i try to connect i get a "failed to connect" error.
