Failed to connect to server!

I downloaded TS recently and it was working fine till it crashed and kicked me out of the server I was in.
It's not my server and every time I try to reconnect to the server (or try to connect to a public server) it says failed to connect to server.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled TS 4 times, restarted my laptop and my router. I am connected to the internet and can browse the web but can't connect to any servers.

I tried to ping the server in command prompt but the request timed out 4 times

Also flushed the DNS thing that my friend told me to do.

HELP

it also says on TS the error message was blacklist time out
